Whether you are an overseas entrepreneur entering the UK market or have a corporate structure in need of professional representation, our service provides peace of mind and full regulatory alignment whilst ensuring the company owner retains complete control.
The idea of a nominee director may seem full of difficulties and can, in some instances be used incorrectly. Indeed, such arrangements have often been put in place without realising the implications involved, either to the nominee in question, or the appointing company.
It is, however, extremely common to appoint nominee directors which are perfectly legal and safe, providing you are cautious. It is important to choose the right provider for your director services and ensure the right agreement for appointment of your nominee director.
Our clients can rely on us thanks to our long-standing track record, robust compliance procedures, and thorough due diligence. This is particularly important because the risks associated with appointing a nominee director affect both the nominee and the company’s beneficial owner. We are also HMRC-supervised for anti-money laundering compliance, ensuring that our services are reliable and fully compliant for clients seeking a trustworthy nominee provider.
